Office Cookie Exchange
You can change everything by being a part of our Ripple Effect. We're fundraising on behalf of Water For People, an organization who is bringing clean water and sanitation solutions to communities for generations to come.
Safe water, reliable sanitation services, and proper hygiene education can change everything. Children are able to stay in school, and people live longer, healthier lives. Access to these basic necessities increases education levels and prosperity for individuals, communities, and countries.
How the Office Cookie Exchange Works:
Here are some simple and easy steps to follow to set up this event for your office:
To get the event started, each office will need a volunteer to coordinate the event for their office. Come on, it will be fun! (And coordinators will be entered into the next drawing for the Water For People Impact Exchange!)
The office coordinator will select a date and time for the cookie exchange (as well as a deadline for signing up) and share this with the office.
Each person participating in the exchange will make ½ dozen cookies or treats per person (approximately 4-6 dozen, depending on the number of total participants).
The office coordinator will let everyone know the week before how many people have signed up and the number of cookies each person should bring to share.
Let the baking begin! It’s time to show off your baking skills to your fellow office-mates!

On the day of the cookie exchange, bring the following:
Cookies to exchange
Copies of your cookie recipe
A container to take a great variety of cookies home.
This is just a simple guide; feel free to get creative! The office coordinator can also bring hot chocolate/cider/coffee, have a contest for best cookie, etc. The goal is to have fun, and we hope many offices will participate!
